All orders undergo a processing and preparation period of 2-3 business days before shipment. This includes order verification, product quality checks, and packaging. During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order is accurate and packed with care.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, it will typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within the United States and external factors such as weather delays or high carrier demand.

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery of every package. Once shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all domestic orders within the United States. This straightforward pricing helps simplify your checkout experience – no hidden fees, no surprises.

Shipping Coverage – United States Only

Currently, Sparhypo only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This policy allows us to ensure the reliability and timeliness of our deliveries. As our business grows, we may expand to other countries in the future.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. This will allow you to monitor the progress and estimated arrival date of your package in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 72 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@sparhypo.com.

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Sparhypo is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you realize an error in your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to correct the address. However, if the order has already left our facility, we will have to wait for it to be returned before reshipping. Additional fees for reshipment may apply.

Delivery Delays and Lost Packages
