Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags and labels must be intact and not removed.
- Item must be free of stains, odors, and signs of wear or damage.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our customers and maintain hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email support@sparhypo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
- Securely package the item, including all tags and original packaging, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Sparhypo is not liable for items lost in transit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Sparhypo error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
- If the return is not approved, we may offer to return the item back to you at your expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your email to support@sparhypo.com
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any damage
We will evaluate the situation and offer one of the following solutions: a replacement at no cost, store credit, or a full refund.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
