Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection of sweatshirts, select your size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout to complete your order securely.
2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes – orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@sparhypo.com. After this window, your order will have entered processing and may no longer be editable.
3. How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details shortly after checkout. If you don’t receive one, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Shipping & Delivery
4. Where do you ship?
Currently, Sparhypo ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days, and delivery takes approximately 5 – 7 business days thereafter.
6. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders, regardless of size or quantity.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow its status.
Returns & Exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
9. How do I exchange an item?
Email us at support@sparhypo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for exchange. Exchanges are processed based on item availability.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
12. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant gateways to keep your data safe.

13. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend machine washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints.
