At Sparhypo, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions and process for cancellations and exchanges to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Order Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If you change your mind, please email us at support@sparhypo.com with your order number and a cancellation request as soon as possible.

• Orders can only be canceled before they enter the processing phase.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Damaged or defective item received
• Wrong item shipped

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us at support@sparhypo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos (if applicable).
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

Important Notes:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or product.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized products
• Items returned without prior approval

Processing Time for Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 5 – 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item is shipped.
