Exchange & Cancellation

At Sparhypo, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order or exchange an item. This policy outlines the conditions and process for cancellations and exchanges to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Order Cancellation/ Modification

We allow cancellations or modification within 12 hours of placing your order. If you change your mind, please email us at support@sparhypo.com with your order number and a cancellation or modification request as soon as possible.

• Orders can only be canceled before they enter the processing phase.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Damaged or defective item received
• Wrong item shipped

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us at support@sparhypo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos (if applicable).
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

Important Notes:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or product.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please refer to our Exchange & Cancellation Policy. Exchanges are processed as new orders once the original item is returned and approved.

Processing Time for Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item is shipped.
